Q: MCD demolishing the building as per court order ( New Seelampur Area)

Dear Sir/Mam, I am writing to you to ask you expert view on the matter. One of my relative are Deaf & Dumb (H & W both) surviving his life with 4 children. We had helped him to make their life better to construct his residence in 4 floor after giving land share to builder. Now builder asked them to make with own style and took every responsbility regading building eg. Legal issue.. now he made 4 floors for them and taken his share of part land. now mcd have warned tho demolise the building saying, one pole of electricity you have discarded side of the wall and it may be BSES raised the complaint. So we are in trouble. House owned by father 50 years back and after his death owned by son who is deaf and dumb.Can we take the stay order or pls advice. Surviser is very poor please consider the matter.Regards

Q: Can one travel abroad when there are criminal cases pending?

Can I leave the country with pending DV, divorce and 498a cases filed by my wife with permission of Court? Trial in 498a has not started, only FIR is filed against me and my parents. If I apply for anticipatory bail, what are the conditions for it? I want to settle abroad without giving divorce to my wife.

Q: Procedure in case review petition got cancelled

Hi, my case is all about unauthorized construction. I was living in a house which was in dilapidated condition and to which MCD gave an order to demolish it. With no other way left, i carried out the demolition and started reconstruct the same as I do not have a place to live. The building also comes under the ASI act. Now, two petition was made against my building regarding the unauthorized construction. On the day of hearing, i had made a reply to the first one and it got rejected. On the day of hearing of the second petition, my lawyer didn't speak up aa he thought the on the basis of the first petition, the 2nd one will.also get rejected. But the order was against. Now, can i make review petiton regarding this judgement and will the court accept this because the order was passed by not listening to my case? Please help me out in this case as i do not have any other place to live.

Q: Temple construction in a street, legal validity of the same

Hello sir/mam..my name is..actually my issue is tht there is a panchayat in dwarka sector who has taken a decision to make a big wall in front of our house and in fact in a street Which is very narrow.. There is only one house over there which is of us..they are only expanding the temple in a very narrow street So do we have any authorization to stop them..plz answer

Q: How to apply for execution of the order passed by the High Court

Respected Sir, I understand that HIgh Court Decisions are followed for similar cases in lower court. Is the MCD, police are bound to follow High court decisions on similar cases, if we provide them the copy of decision. or We need to apply to lower court, giving the reference of decided matter (by HC), and then only MCD and police may follow that order. In other words, how can we get benefit from the decided matters of HC? where to apply?
