Dear sir/madamIts a pathetic situation for father to tolerate this type of mishappwning..But law is very strict about custody..I have seen law has given a sucking baby to its lunetic mother for better security..till 5 years you should not contest for custody pwyition but send all necessity of your cjild..even ask for care taker to appoint for ur child from court..you can transfer money to a secured account known to your wife for child development..you may deposit same amount even in court. But if you apply you nay ruin your case if your evidence is poor..try for giving maintenance to your wife and child is best policy.
Q: Procedure to cancel court marriage as girl involved with another boy
I am boy and I love a girl we both from Hindu religion. As I love her truely with we submit document in court for marriage.But recently I found her with a other boy involving adultery. So I want to cancel the court marriage , is it possible of I will not present in the date of court marriage , marriage will cancel automatically. Please provide me solution I can not marry a girl who involve in adultery.

DearMarriage will be cancelled if you are not appearing before marriage officer or marriage registrar. But regarding adultry if you are allegeing but you have no prove and you have physical relation with that girl than the girl may file case against you because you promised her to marry before physical relation and she has proff that u r procceding towards marriage also..this way u must have proper protection to defensr yourself. As assurence for marriage along with sextul intetcourse may be fatel for you.

Actually my wife has filed a divorce case,and court has fixed a date on 2nd April for the first hearing, so my question is do I have to b in court on that day,as I am in Mumbai for my work. And I am not getting time to go to court please advice. thank you

You send a mail to ur lawyer staing that u r sending an affidavit as to why you canot appear in court and the lawyer is authoised to tk step in the basis of ur mail ..your affidavit should contain reason for not appearing and authority statement naming your lawyer ..and notary officer must sign even u r in any place of india

Dear sir u can swear an affidavit as to why u canot appear on the day in mumbai before any Notary mentioning ur not availability and appointing legal person to tk step fixing another date for that..ur legal adviser will tk step if send mail to him or her to tk step in your case
