Q: Need information regarding creamy layer status
The situation is, the perent (father) is an employee of Oil india limited,(PSU of india) as a grade A officer, and his salary must be more than 20 lakhs per year. Gross salary must be more than 30 to 32 lakhs. His son has crossed the age 30 years, (33years) and married. The father had joined the company in a low grade. And his age is now about 50 to 55 years. Sir, do his son will be creamy layer or not? For the purpose of job in the same company where his father work ? Is there any point which means the son is under creamylayer as his fathers income is very high?

As father is working in a PSU of India and his Rank is Grade A before retirement he will fall under creamy layer of Other Backward Class. So his son will not entitle to fall in Non Creamy Layer and his father's status remain after retirement also. Does his son falls under Creamy Layer of OBC
Q: Neighbor objecting to construction of drain outside my boundary wall
Sir we have 3 katha of land and we are constructing boundary wall and on one side we are constructing a small drain in our land outside the boundary wall but the other land owner is objecting the construction that we are doing in our land they are giving reason that dirty water will give fowl smell fyi let me tell you that the land is empty that the owner is talking about please give suggestion

Dear Client,I have gone thorough you question. If it is outside your boundary wall i.e. your scheduled plot of land there is no possibility of civil suit against your neighbor. But if it on the road side you can take steps. For that you have to provide me the details of your plot schedule.

Sir neighbour is thteatning to break and fill the drain in our land , is this legal , no part of the drain is in their land. Please suggest

Dear Client,This is illegal. You can file both criminal and civil litigation against your neighbor. For threatening part you can give a FIR to local police station and secondly you can file a civil suit seeking permanent injunction.
