Q: File case against a Bank for non-cooperation in financial fraud case

I have become a victim to an online Share trading scam and lost Rs. 90,666,16.54 to the scammers. I have transferred a total of Rs. 70,00,000 from my account to the suspect who has an account with South Indian Bank, Garia, Kolkata BranchI have filed a FIR on 23-01-24 with the Cyber Police & Cyber Crime. When asked for information South Indian Bank conveyed they can only share the IP addresses for the transactions. I would like to file a criminal case against Bank to recover my lost funds

Q: Holding Charges for the conveyance Deed

I have bought a plot from developer in resale in 2014. At that time, the developer has done the transfer from previous owner. The developer has issued NOC for the previous owner based on which I have made full payment. I have requested developer for the registry. Developer is demanding huge holding charges on the basis that previous owner did not take possession of the plot in 2012 as per notice. However I was never informed about this at any stage nor got any notice for possession.

Q: Fraud by a reputed Builder in gurgaon

Builder sold me a disputed property without rera, haven\'t even allotted the property since last 2 years. No construction going on for last 1.5 years. After asking for refund, builder is just passing time and don\'t think have any intension of returning the money. What are my legal options against the builder. Amount is close to 90 lacs.

Hi ,it is advisable to file a complaint before RERA forum ,Gurugram for seeking refund from the developer ..As per RERA provisions if the developer fails to provide Possession due to discontinuation of the project the allottes can seek refund from the developer

Q: How to prepone the criminal trial date

police submitted the challan of F.I.R u/s 325 , 147 , 506 in Gurgaon court , but court given next date in april 2024 also accused has not yet taken bail from court. police have shown the accused arrested on record by given bail inside the police station. How to get early date of hearing , i want to add section 452 inside it as they have beaten inside the house, which application add section ?
