Recently I downloaded the yatra.com app and used it to book hotels with code on 15-01-2017. But to my surprise I received a call on 20-01-2017 from yatra.com customer care that my booking has been cancelled and there is no other option but to intitiate the refund process.It was a big shock to me as it was the decision of yatra.com to decide on my behalf and not me to cancel the booking.Money refund is not the end of the problem. my whole itienary got effected from their cancellation.
