If my bike was stolen then I had talked to the insurance company to get rid of my insulin and I had sent all the documents but my insurance has not come yet and this thing has been around 6 to 8 months. Do you provide me some tips as far as I'm concerned I have only one key in the bike and one key is lost to me, so that I feel that my claim has not passed. Insurance claim can be repudiated in case of theft: delay in intimation to insurance company, if the information of lost key not reported to the insurance company as well as police. These two questions you have clarified in your queries so first of all let us know for further legal advise.

Q: How to renew the insurance of vehicle after expiry

Dear Sir, If a motor vehicle (MV) insurance is due for Renewal on 22.10.17 but I was not aware about its renewal date. Now, I have come know about its renewal date. So, when i went to to the place from where i purchased MV for insurance. They are telling me to give them the photo of bike so as to know its condition. Pls tell what is the correct procedure in this case ?? Thanks

Insurance company right on this question because without inspection verification of vehicle they can't issue an insurance contract otherwise at the time of insurance claim it will go against you if any discrepancy found. So it is advisable to got proper inspection pls obtain the insurance policy

Q: Landlord not giving possession nor refund after rent agreement

Dear Sir/Mam, I have taken an office on rent wide NJ stamp paper notarized by notary public. But landlord did not give me the possession on date. After followup and reminders he did not reply on my call and messages. Finaly after 1 week I asked for refund otherwise I will go for legal proceedings. He asked to meet an agent for key. But till then I decided to not opt his office on rent and asked for refund only... Its been one month ago but he did not refund my money and also not picking my phone. Is my case comes under criminal proceedings or I should go with civil suit. Regards

Yes you can file a criminal complaint against him, it's a cheating and criminal breach of trust, after taking money under inducement, he has committed an offence of cheating and criminal breach of trust. You should be engaged an expert criminal lawyer and draft a proper complaint and lodged in concerned police station.

Q: Clarification on procedure to file for divorce

We do not want to leave together so both want the mutual divorce.

You both can file a joint petition before the principal judge family court in your jurisdiction in a prescribed format with all required documents. The Hon'ble court will grant first motion divorce and also given a statutory period of 6 month. After passing a 6 months you should have filed another second motion divorce petition with order of first motion petition after taking evidence and satisfaction the Hon'ble court will pass a final judgement and order and also issue a decree of divorce. For that you should engage an expert divorce lawyer for proper petition.

Dear sir ...my brother commit sucide on 12/3/2018.... He purchased a LIC dated 4/9/2015... The instalment was quarterly ... the last instalment he paid on 15/3/2017...can I claim lic...they refuse My claim....
