I have bought a flat and it was financed by an Indian institution. I am paying the EMI. Now I got a notice from another bank, stating that it was financed by another bank. I came to know that the the builder has done 2 registries of the flat. With different khasra number. What should I do? Please guide.

Hi first of all you write letter to builder about this and send registed post.than you write about this to bank and give them knowledge all matter.if builder will not solve your problem than file complaint against builder in police station.you also file a case in court and get relief.



Q: Sale of ancestral property without consent of other claimants

My grandfather had some property. He had 3 sons of which my father was the eldest, the youngest one sold all the property without the consent of any of the 2 brothers. The middle one got his share. Rest of the money was used to purchase property in a different state. Now the middle one of three siblings, my father is no more, and I am planning to sue my uncle for my share, I am 23 years old now. What should I do?

Hi first of all you collect detail about rate of intrest from RBI website if bank impose wrong intrest on you than you collect all document and contact bank customers care officer and complaints against this.if bank officer will not give you relife than you approach the banking ombudsman. This is senior official appointed by reserve bank of india.mostely this officer sit in state capital.you find his address on reserve bank of india website.you get all documents with you when going to met this officer.mostely this officer give his verdict in one month after complaint



Q: Person not returning money on cheque bounce he is police by profession

I have to take money from one person of 1.50 lacs. I have deposited cheque of 1.50 lacs given by him on 7th of July but cheque was returned back to me after 20 days on 26th of July due to banks' fault. Bank didn't informed about the misplace of cheque. Please suggest i want to serve him notice and further proceeding to court case, as that guy is not returning my money. He is serving Police Officer. What should I do?

Q: Rooftop rights for first floor lanflords in a residential area

I m a landlord of first floor. The neighbours on the top floor have put a lock on the rooftop door. They are also landlord of their flat. They are not providing duplicate key to us and the ground-floor landlord. Failing which we have to beg for the key everytime we need an inspection or a visit at the top floor. Do they have the right to the issue? If not! Can we file a civil suit against them? As they have not been Co operating with us on the issue. Plz guide... Do they have the right to do so?
