Q: Husband is a cheater how to get divorce

After marriage if girl comes to know her husband was using 2 pan card to seek loan from banks, how can the law give justice to the girl to get her divorced? If husband is not showing any of his income and wife is a working woman then is there any law to give alimony to her husband? If the girl goes for mutual consent divorce should she return her gift and gold items given by her in-laws? If marriage is just 6 months over?
