If divorce is taking time, there is any other way like doing registered notary on stamp paper, having details like both the parties (husband and wife) are not willing to live together and both are free in there future ahead. If they like to do second marriage or so on.

What are the rules for a mutual consent divorce? Married for 7 years. Both of us are working. I am looking to separate from my spouse and we both agree on filing divorce. Have a kid and am okay my husband having his custody. We are currently staying together. Home loan is paid by me but is a joint property by both of us. Spouse and kid will continue to stay in that house. I want to move the loan on spouse's name but I know husband can't afford the emi with monthly expenditures. What all things can I demand? I'm 34 years.. my boyfriend has live in relationship..5+ years ..he promised me to marry after he settled down in business.now he is settled..month back he messaged me that we are not going long in this relationship so we have to breakup..and said u have to accept this that we are not in this relationship anymore ...and then he told wants to marry another girl of his religion.for his parents..now I'm in critical condition that I left job for him ..
