I got married in India but currently living outside india. And in the process of getting my PR. He is yet to apply for his PR.I want to file contestant divorce with my husband on the ground of physical and mental harrasment. Can I file for divorce if a become a foreign citizen inbetween the process and my husband is still Indian citizen?

since, your marriage solemonezied in India so all the law Hindu marriage Act are applicable on both parties.in process if he flew away by marriage , it will be the role of the country where he finally arrives or settle If the treaty between India and that country will be binding Then No issue , you can file divorce case and surely will get relief .
Q: Regarding my husband brother marriage concern
My husband brother got married through shadi.com and both the families had met. The girl puts false blame on my husband, me and other members who were not present at home after there marriage. As we work in different city and haven't gone home for 2 yrs. Brother and girl, alongwith nanad, mom, dad went back to hometown after the marriage at girls place. So she had trouble there but she has put every one name in the charge sheet filed at police station.So just want to ask will we also be trouble

Q: Domestic Voilence and maintenance case
My husband is serving in Indian army and i am research scholar. We are not living together since the day of our marriage (2 years ago). He use to get one month leave three times in a year and usually spend nights in hotels or at his relative's place. He is involved with other woman but i dont have any proof and also involve himself in gambling activities. I dont want to be with him anymore. Hi. This incident took place in July 15, 2023. I was using a gay dating app GRINDR . This application allows 18+. A boy met me in this application claiming he is 18+. He came at my house for hook up at 2:30 AM night. I asked him 3 times to meet me in day time but since we were talking to each other from 3-4 days so I agreed . He came at my house and in 30 min he starts getting call from his family as his family members searching him at his home . His father FIR on me telling I blackmail him.
