Q: How to cancel marriage registration application.
Sir, the person with whom i have relation have been registered an application for marriage. This have been putup in the notice board of that particular register office. My parents came to know that and i want to cancel this. He submitted all the proofs without my conern and i came to know this aftr 1 week. So how can i cancel this ?

Q: Can cousins stop me from selling or renting my fathers's property
My Grandfather have 2 son's,he & his one son passed away,but his property is not divided,in 2008 it was divided one part to my father & other part to deceased brother, he having 3 son,3 daughters ,wife alive,In the deed 3 son & his wife signed & 3 daughters not included in the deed and registered the deed.One part is given to my father & he given this property to me ,now I am paying the land tax from 2008 onwards. Due to finacial issue I want to sell the property,I want to know whether my father's brother 3 daughter make any issue when i goforward, If they make then what shall I do .Please give me a solution

It is highly necessary to include the daughter in the partition deed. In the present circumstances the solution is ask the to execute a relinquishment deed. Because they have got odukur right over the property
Q: Builder demanding security cheques which was not told in the contract
We booked a flat with galaxy builders and made rs 10 lakhs down-payment. Signed contract between builder and buyer. After that they r asking for 23 undated cheques for security reasons which was not informed nor written in the agreement. Our bank loan of rs 26 is already sanctioned against this.

Q: Want to know about easement rights to path on others land
Dear sir/madam I am a native of . Me and my family using a path way(through other person property) for reaching National Highway form my house. Distance between my home to NH is less than 75 mtrs. In between the ownership of the property which we using for path way changed and the new person is denying us from using his property. We are using this path way since last 20 yrs. I am also a defence service person. How could I get a permanent path way. What I have to do and where I have to approch for this ?

Q: Right of son of Father's property as per Christian laws
My grandfather died n he have 10 cent property. N have 9 children. We are Christians and from Kerala. My father was forced to sign a 50 rupees paper saying the whole property belongs to younger son, my father didn't read it properly.n he got only 75000 as share .the last son didn't get property in his name. My father need share n it wl be almost 3 lakhs.what we can do?
