Q: how to punish the fellows who are wrongly claiming the property.
Sir, combination of few fellows are wrongly claiming that the land belonged to them and filed case against my father. My father will won the case anyway , but we are loosers for the court feeses and as well as lot of tensions and unable to sell the property in between due to pending of case in court what will be the solution to those they are wrongly claiming the property and later no punishment to them after defeat in case.

You have to ask the court to dispose cost on your opposite parties. You have a chance to file a defamation against them. for defamation you have to deposit 10% cost of your claiming amount as deposit in the court.
Q: Wife gave property to husband but now not allowing to sale
I married my wife in 2012 and in marrage time she gave me 2 plots and 1 agriland as dowry with her interest and all are on her name only.we did not sale them due to no need at that time , now we want to sale the property of either agriland or plot her mother and sister destroyed deals and they changed her mind set also.Now my wife and me not speaking properly because of their involvement. They changed her completely. Suddenly She went to her father's home with out informing me. She is not comming back and wrongly talking to us? Please advise us?

If it is a conditional gift deed, yo can not sale it. You have to be very clear that whether such condition is there in the deed or not? if such condition is not there, then you can sale it.Your is not a conditional gift deed. Hence, issue the RCR notice to your wife and get the EC about your properties for further action.
