Q: Boyfriend promised for marriage and asked to get an abortion

I'm Hindu nd was pregnant my bf convinced me for abortion by saying he will marry me. During the procedure we rented a home one day I was alone at the rented home one unkonwn person raped me after tht my bf left nd abused me. I don't want to involve my parents in this what should I do but I want to punish him for his doings.

You can file rape complain against your boy friend and that person who raped you.As per your details you already left your mother father home.As early as possible file a rape complain against your bf and one other person.

Q: Husband want divorce as wife had physical relation with another man

 I am 27 year old. my marriage had 1 year & 11 month. My wife had a extra affair with other boy in 9 month and they had a legal document of maitri karar ans they had a phisycal relationship. so i want to divorce so what are the rules.

Q: Possibility to file case by girl's family after the court marriage

I am a Hindu and married my girlfriend who is also Hindu. Both of us are of 23 years. We have obtained the marriage certificate from the court. But the Advocate or the Court has not send any notice to the respective family. Its been 70 days from the date of marriage. Is there any possibility that the girl's parents may file case??

First of all court never gives marriage certificateMarriage certificate issued by marriage registrar or tehsildar or corporation or gram panchayat etc.There was no need to spend time.If u have certificate then u have no worry.Just confirm what type of certificate u have.

Q: Can someone else file a complaint on behalf of rape victim

One girl raped by her own father.but she did not file case​ against him because she don,t have courage to tell everyone. She escaped from home and marry with someone and live happily life. She lives with her husband happily and after 3 months her father threatened to her. What she do now.what criminal procedure she follow. I want to help this girl by giving good legal advice. Please help me in humanity work. Please give me right advice.

Yes girl's husband or girl's mother can also file a complaint at nearest police station against her father.One more thing it was too much late.This type of complaint should be file within 3 days.Still u can file a complaint against her father. Also called 181 abhayam helpline for that.

Q: Security Cheque deposited by employee gets bounced

Respected All, In 2016 April I started working with X Call Centre, after six months i put resignation on oct 2016 so the director of company promise me increment and promotion and informed me to sign bond and took cheque as a security deposit. Then my employer started forcing me to work overtime and ask me to come office on weekends. They started mental harassment on me so i took treatment from civil hospital. Again I put resignation on Jan 2017. So employer deposited the cheque worth 1 lac and 40 thousands My employer filed sec 138 on me. I have proved that cheque was as a security deposit. On the cheque only signature is mine, the amount and dates where filled by the employer. Respected lawyers please suggest.
