Can police arrest me if I m with my girlfriend at night in my house

You have the appropriate reason what are you doing with your Gf because the first question of police is what are u doing with your Gf AR late night if you satisfy the police that you are not doing wrongdoing then you will not arrest by the police.

Q: Can a girls family threaten after cancelling engagement

i got engaged to a girl. later i came to know a lot of difference in her behaviour. i thought to call off the wedding and accordingly informed the family of the girl. we even gave them all the money for the expenditure. now they are threatening to file a case. what can we do

Don't worry. Do them what they want to do. You have genuine and very strong reason of break the engagement. If they file suit of threat commuted by you then file them. When court asks you or when the case is on reply then you can give your reason to the court that the behaviour of girl is not good towards yourself. She always uses abuse and rude language when I talk to her

Q: My old landlord has have stolen my laptop containing all my data

one of my old landlord has have stolen my laptop containg all my professinal noyes based on which we develop softwaares. Now he said in sho office that he does not have laptop and he would give money for this now. So can i ask that amount of monety, equal to the loss will happen to me? bcz f all profesional notes stolen and 4 yeras i invested in this. or i can ask for money only for laptop.

Respected Sir/ Madam, You can absolutely claim the amount of laptop + Ir-reparable loss that you have suffered + harrasment by the old landlord but the burden of proof is on you to prove that your old landlord theft your laptop. If you can prove this in the court then you can get all amounts which is written in starting lines.
