Q: How legal is to use Songs, Background Music in Application

What are the legalities if I want to use background musics available on youtube, background musics of movies, songs for an App? Do I have to get permission for each song/music, which is practically impossible or can I use it if I do not monetise my app? I aim of app is to provide a one place solution of different concentration/background musics saving the audience the pain of searching.

yes its true that you have to take the permission of every song as per the Copy right Act. or another vice you can directly take a copyright licence from the Music company like T.series or other Music company who are purchasing licences from other companies to print their song on a CD, in that case, your trouble of going to every company for a licence will be reduced directly. Q: Is there any act related to breach of transparency by employer

We are asked to sign a new service agreement when we take up any overseas assignment. I want to refer to it as it contains terms and conditions related to resignation. Our HR is reluctant to share copy of the agreement. Is there any act related to breach of transparency by employer?? Pls advise. Thanks

yes, it is considered as a breach of transparency because the right of an employee to employment is more important than safeguarding the interest of an employer. which is already been considered by the Delhi High Court

Q: Need information regarding partnership agreement

Hello Sir, I have invested some money with my friend in trucking buisness. The trucks are on his name i paid him all money through check we didnt made any partnership deed. He didn't let me involved in any buisness. He told me that i get to know the technique of buisness. He is not giving any balance sheet details from last 5 months. Now when i have asked for my money back he is telling me take a truck. I dnt want that as it is in debt with pending installmeants and he is telling me to return my money after 6 months. I have asked for interst he is telling no to me.the buisness is running in loss n we dnt know any details how. Note-we had buyed 2 new trucks on his name in the same year. His father is the co-borrower and his father is a bank officer.

If you had paid him all money through cheques then it's beneficial to you; you can file a civil suit for the recovery of such amount by showing that such amount as a loan for the business and that can be proved from the same amount paid for the purchased of the trucks. If the loan of the trucks is passed by his father or with the help of his father then you can file a Criminal Complaint against him and his father that by making collusion they have cheated you and show the whole transaction as a cheating process.
