My wife and I got married in a church in Chennai - by then, we hadn't registered our marriage in a registrar's office. we have moved to Pune city and settled here. can we register our marriage in Pune registrar's office ?

The following are the steps that need to be followed at the registration office: Fill in the marriage application form (Form No. MTR-2) and sign it in front of the officer. Bring along your Identity Proof such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License etc.Once the application is submitted to the Government Office it will take minimum 30 days / One Month as per Govt. Rule for processing.

I have a 7 year old daughter and at present staying with her mother.
