Q: Wife playing double game asking for money outside court

Having 9 yrs divorce case in rajkot court. Infront of court she says she want to come home n outside she ask 10 lakh rupes for settlement.

Q: Denial of visitation rights for a child

Hi, my story goes as.. I am separated from husband since 8years. Currently, we have signed for mutual consent terms. However in the consent terms, visitation rights of the child have been given to the father. I do not want the child access or any kind of visitation rights to be given Bcoz it is in the best interest of the child. In all these 8years the father has never tried to keep any contact with the child. Hence the child does not even know who the father is. I do not want the child to undergo any pressure from the court to meet the father. Child has been brought up very well with a great family bonding. What can I do so that the court gets convinced in my favor? Father is creating a chaos for visitation rights and adamant upon visitation rights.
