Q: Is it legal to livein when parents do not approve of the relationship

I want to live with my boyfriend and its my personal choice. i want to live with him coz my parents are against our relationship and won't approve to marry...and they are planning my marriage with someone else...can i live with my boyfriend...through any legal documents or statements..? My boyfriend age is as same as mine 18 years.What should we do?

AS YOU SAID THAT YOU BOTH ARE SAME AGE 18 SO I AM SURE YOU BOTH ARE NOT EARNING HANDS SO HARD TO CONTINUE RELATIONSHIP WITHOUT INCOME SOURCE AND ALSO ONE THING THAT NOT TO APPROVE YOU BOTH TO LIVE TOGETHER THAT THE MALE ELIGIBLE AGE IS 21 YEARS SO IN MY OPINION THERE IS NO LEGAL REMEDIES YOU CAN AVAIL FOR THIS LIVING RELATIONSHIP.

Q: Is marriage with girl who is 16 years old and i am 20 years old legal?

Sir i want to marry with a muslim girl she is 16 years old according to documents in reality she is 18 her parents beating her daily.i am 20 years old and i am hindu is there any solution can we ran from home after completing majority we will marry is there any solution.she also dont want to stay at her home her father doing sexual haresment but she dont wont to complain she only want to ran from home with me.plzz help sir can we ran from the home.

My Dear friend. as you said that as per her documents she is 16 yrs. old so she is minor according to law and even you are also not completed your age 21 according to legal marriage and other then that you both are from different religion and according to special marriage act you need to get marriage through special marriage act to SDM Court and you both are not eligible for that legal marriage.

Q: Sale of jointly owned property

Me and my mother has a joint property   which is a power of attorney property. My mother is selling her share to me, What kind of documentation I need to put in place for this deal to be legally transferred to me?

THERE IS SEVERAL WAY TO TRANSFER THE PROPERTY SHARE TO YOUR NAME BY YOUR MOTHER, BUT BETTER ADVICE NEED TO KNOW SOME MORE DETAILS REGARDING YOUR PROPERTY, IF ITS DDA FLAT, PLOT , SHOP OR MCD PROPERTY OR THE UNAUTHORIZED AREA PROPERTY BECAUSE THERE IS DIFFERENT WAY TO TRANSFER PROPERTY IN LEGAL WAY, CONTACT ME FOR MORE DETAIL.

Q: i have filed complaint but police has not arrested accused

I have logged an FIR under section 376, 313 . its been a week .the cops havent detained the accused even though they know his location .They have already collected all the relevant proof against him .but io said its 20 days procedure and she also take my signature on blank paper says its important for our SSL .pls help

IF YOUR MOTHER GOT DIED SO YOU PRESNT IN THE COURT IN NEXT DATE AND FILE THE DEATH CERTIFICATE OF YOUR MOTHER AND MOVE THE APPLICATION IN THE COURT OF ALL THE LEGAL HEIRS DETAIL AND TO THE PARTY IN THE COURT. IS YOU BROTHER WAS MARRIED OR NOT ?
