Adultery is a consensual physical correlation between two individuals who are not married to each other. According to Hinduism dictionary,” Adultery is sexual intercourse between a married man and a woman not his wife, or between a married woman and a man not her husband.” In Hindu shastras, adultery is considered as a serious breach of dharma. Q: Regarding getting married more than one woman at a the same time.

hi, Actually my family(Hindu) came to know that my aunt husband working in railway married with other woman even though they have one girl child. Now my aunt is in trouble could you law people help what should we do?

In India, There was no bar in customary Hindu Law to a man entering second marriage. However, the customary law was codified by the enactment of the Hindu Marriage Act in 1956, which declared a second marriage ‘void ‘during the subsistence of the first one.In India, bigamy is an offence against marriage and it is also criminal offence under Indian Penal laws. The bigamy law applicable to Hindus, Jains, Buddhists ,Sikhs,Parsis,Christians [except Muslims]. Indian Penal code 1860, Section 494. Marrying again during lifetime of husband or wife: Whoever, having a husband or wife living, marries in any case in which such marriage is void by reason of its taking place during the life of such husband or wife, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine. Exception-This section does not extend to any person whose marriage with such husband or wife has been declare void by a Court of competent jurisdiction ,nor to any person who contracts a marriage during the life of a former husband or wife, if such husband or wife, at the time of the subsequent marriage, shall have been continually absent from such person for the space of seven years, and shall not have been heard of by such person as being alive within that time provided the person contracting such subsequent marriage shall, before such marriage takes place, inform the person with whom such marriage is contracted of the real state of facts so far as the same are within his or her knowledge.

Q: Cheated by a telecom service provider how to recover money?

sir, I have a telecom company started 3 months back in Patna, I got a client(Wipro) through a mediator he assured me to give mobile tower site for BTS installing as a project including 300 sites, as a security money he takes Rs 1.5 lakh and Rs.20,000 as his fees and took Rs 11,000 as advance of telecom kit, total I pay RS1.81 lakhs, none of them are paid in cash, money are paid in checks or rtgs or fund transfer or internet banking but he never gives his account number he always rise someone account to transfer the money we have phone calls record. what chance that we got our money back.

Yes you can get your money back.But you will have to file two case against the accused person one in consumer court and other criminal case.You may contact on my mob no to describe the case in detail.

I m the one who filed FIR against a person who falsely took up his name in Municipality receipt of my land under section 420. The opposite party has arrested by the police. Can SDJM has power to grant his bail...?

If court of SDJM satisfied then he granted bail to the accused of any non bailable offence Including section 420 of the IPC every court has power to allow the bail application of the accused or reject the same it depends only his applying the judicial mind

Whether a cheque once issued and dishonoured and later on the liability is liquidated by the defaulter (without issuing notice) can again be presented for subsequent liability? In such case, if the cheque is again dishonoured, whether the holder/drawee of the cheque can initiate legal action under NI Act against the defaulter? Whether such action is valid under law? If yes (/no), what are the relevant Supreme Court or High Court decisions.
