Q: FIR filed by municipal corporation for cutting 2 extra trees

I had taken permission to cut 7 trees from municipal corporation. i myself cut 3 trees and other trees were cut by the workers. Total 9 trees are cut means 2 trees extra. Municipal Corporation has lodged an FIR against me under Maharashtra Urban Area Preservation of Trees Act 1975 under section 8(1) and 20(C). 2 extra trees which were cut are not too big. one is supari and one is coconut tree. our local corporator raised complain against me because my wife has lodged an FIR against him under section 354(A) couple of months ago. Kindly suggest how to come out of this. i have already taken bail but how to get clean chit?

firstly in your case you can approach the High Court under Section 482 of the CR. P. C. for quashing of Fir lodged aginst you if Charge Sheet is not filed in respected of the Crime in questions if Charge Sheet is filed the you can approach the trial Court for discharge

i have commercial building in that i used extra space above than approved in municipal office now one of political party asking money for not making legal complent ... what should i do ... they have my all legal mulcipalti plan and licences ... is there any law for this

Firstly you have to construction as par the sanctions and approval granted by the locals authority if you're construction is not as per approval granted to you and if you constructed aney excessive part then you have to applied to local authorities for its regulation's. it is solely on the local authority wether to grante any permission to you or not.
