Hii, my husband drinks a lot & he hit for money. he also speak valgaour language . I can't stay with him. so i require divorce

Yes you can take divorce from your husband on the ground of mental and physical cruelty. If you are a hindu then Sec.13(1) (ia) of Hindu marriage act will be applicable. If suppose you are house wife without any source of income then in order to maintain yourself you can claim maintenance from him. Domestic Violence Act is also comes to your protection from your husband.

Hi...my husband is not at all caring towards his family neither kids nor me. he does not take any responsibility towards house...does not get groceries, does not pay bills on time....all these days i was working and use to take care of all requirements at home....but now i have left job due to my ill health....kids are growing and i need more money for studies and upbringing....am too worried and have no idea what to do...where to knock....please help
