Q: If a person does not comply with the agreement, can I file a case ?

Sir i have invested 7.5 lacs to the another party account through online transfer to get daily returns on trading days. the document has stated that the lock in period is for 2 months where that party can repay or withdraw the capital after 10 days notice. it has also stated that he will repay daily 1000 rs per lakh on trading days. Also he has provided a blank cheque and promisory note. can i approach legally to the court if he doesnt obey the rules of the document.?

Sir definitely you can file criminal or civil case against that person and if you proper document proof like agreement and cheque leafe that can be filed as doucumentery proof before the competent court .Dont worry .

Q: Police have called me for investigation, what to do

I have been involved in a case where i introduced a person for property loan and that guy took him to other party.. they told customer that arrange 10 lakhs so that we will provide the loan. Customer has also given the money and now it is since 2 years they r noturning the money. Now the customer had given a complaint and included me as a introducer. 1. Got a call from police station for the investigation, i asked for the time to come. Police is asking me to settle their amount. 2. Have got the AB ALSO. 3. IF THE CASE GOT VAPOUS IN CASE AND I GOT A AB WILL IT BE A PROBLEM?

Sir first you have to appear and explaine about all those things before police station what is what then if the police show the evidence then you can ask the time to prove your side after you have to go the police station and explain about al those thing with evidence.

Q: asking for jeevanamsa for child and woman

Religion : Hindu. .. My husband file divorce case to me....I have one year baby boy I have financial problem so I need to go job but my certificates are at my husband home ...I asked my certificates but he said certificate are not there. ..so i need jeevanamsa for me and my child

Yes you can file maintenance case before the competent court and you can file a case against your husband to return the all original certificate from him also you can also request to family court about your certificate kept in your husband.

Q: Can a step be taken against a person who denies to marry later on

I was in a relationship with a boy for 4 years. We both told in our home about our relationship but they didn't accept it. Now my boyfriend is saying they won't accept so let's break up. What can I do now?? Is there any solution for this? And Can I file a complaint on him?

Yes definitely you can file crmininal complaint against that person stating all those things in your complaint from first to end in case if you have any evidence that also you have to show the police to invisitigate the matter.

Q: I am facing a matter under the section 498a 509 3/4dv

My brother got married on july10 2016 girl went to honeymoon and returned back on 26th july after 5 days she started abusing my mom dad grandmother and called her parents claiming assault she lEFT with his father on 5th august.latee on my brother told shw was torturing him everyday for ggetting separated from parents threatening for case n all and was abusing each and every family member.our only fault in this all case is we took 115000 by neft into one of my other brother account in which her parents urged to buy jewellery for her daughter(we have bills in her name)and make arrangements honestly we spend all the money in her dresses jewellery n marriage since they did not gave anything else even in name of gift.aftee they have filed case on section 498a 509 n 3/4dp an arrest warrant is issued against my bro mom dad uncle brother in law n other bro.how to get rid of this case at earliest.all charges framed except above are baseless in single month we uses to keep her like princess

Sir once filed FIR against you and your family member you have to prove your side and based on the document and evidence you can win the case an can get the bail or Antispatory bail if police did' nt arrest .
