Q: Theft in house, items recovered, court has summoned, need I go?

There was theft in my house in Bangalore 6 years back. The items were recovered, however the police has called me to tell court has summoned me now. I stay in Hyderabad now. Please let me know if I have to appear in person now. Also the witnesses when I filed FIR are not reachable. I have send emails to them but didn't receive any response. Please advise me on how to handle this situation.

Yes you must attend and file a petition for claim you property in that court without your presence you can't claim no need of witness to claim your theft property so attend the court And enquiry about your case stage to claim

Q: My wife went to USA and remarried. What are my legal rights?

I got married and my wife and there blacked me and made me sign on normal paper saying that both can remarry and next day she went to USA and came to know she is remarried and is in USA but her parents are not willing to give information. Query 1:Can you please help me how can I file case Query 2:Can I get information from passport office of her marital status?

Without legal divorce no marriage is valued under law in any country .if so it voidable under law you can file bigamy case and nullified the marriage in Indiana by filing cases u/Hindu marriage act USA act not applicable Hindu marriage act such marriage is viod marriage as per our law.you can file cases for it in both countries.

Q: Girls parents trying to invalidate my marriage what should i do now

sir i marry my girl friend in arya samaj recently... she is actually my fathers sisters daughters daughter. genotically she is daughter relationship to me. but she is not my sapinda and my relationship is not there in prohibited list. but my girl frnd parents file case on me to invalid my marriage there by break up my relationship... we r from telangana state..both are same cast s.c..her age 19 and my age is 27.

Court can decided your marriage viod or voidable final judgement of court is only can decides your case by giving you favourable evedece by your side no one can interfere in this matter until court judgement

Q: Hindu wife separated from husband and seeking divorce, please advise

i want to apply for divorce,as im living away from my husband from june 2016..i have a daughter aged 3,she lives with my in laws from her birth time...as im not asking custody also of her... please suggest me the way for divorce,as he is not showing any int for divorce,...as soon as possible i need divorce from him...pls suggest me the way....im hindu...

You can file diverse petition under Hindu law while you living separately .you can also file for maintance even though you get divorce you can also ask for the custody of your child and maitance for her also in court you will succeeded

Q: Wrongly framed me under cheque bounce case what to do

Hi I have been wrongly framed under the chq bounce case were the cheque book was lost and i have already opted for the stop payment but my older friend has created that i have given him the chq and i need to pay him a amount of 6,50,000 which is not at all truth now he filed a case on me, now how should be out of this case

If it is falsely filed case you can contest in court that the case filed if after the cheque book lost you can satisfy the court for acquitted the case if the evidence produced by you is in documentary manner you will acquitted
