My wife filed for divorce on ground of dissertation. Our marriage was done under special marriage act. I agree to divorce. What is quickest and hassle free process for divorce.

Q: How to get alimony and divorce on the ground of cruelty

My sister got married last year january but after 10 months her husband tortured her and within 2 months he left her to our home. When we sent her back to him he tortured again. She also reported FIR in pune and returned home in january 2018. But in june we got notice from family court which she was unable to receive . Sir her husband dont want to live with her as we tried a lot to talk him. Plz suggest us so that we get alimony with divorce for my sister?

Dear sir In this case you can file diverce case in your jurisdiction against your sister a husband and you can file a domestic violence. Case in his name also after that you can file maintenance case in family court also

MadamDon’t worry if you want divorce it is not a big issue first you talk with your husband for mutual divorce if he agreed then you file a mutual diverce in family court of your jurisdiction I f he does not agreed then you also file a divorce case against him

Q: Parents torturing and threatening to no give any share in the property

My parents are torturing me mentally and telling me that I won't get a single penny in the name of property neither from parental side nor from ancestral side sir i am a 29 year old girl working lady unmarried girl. Please suggest me some legal advice on property issues sir.

dearclient madam dont worry this your right to get share frim your parntal property nobody can resque from it so u can take shelter of coourt first you contact a good advocate and tell all of your prob then he can guide

Q: Daughter Share in pension of father after his death

My Dad was a central government employee,expired 4 years back and My mom is no more. We are 4 sibiilings (2 brothers and two sisters). We have recently got to know that we shall be receiving das's pension with arrears as per the new rule of Central goverentment pension scheme. Can my brother claim for the pension amount without sisters signature ? How can we as a daughter claim for our share in his pension.
