Q: Flat allotted to me but possession and registration done by someone

I was allotted a flat in a project. But the possession of my allotted flat is given to someone else without my consent. Further the other person has immediately completed the registration of the flat. Builder realizing its mistake, is now offering me some other flat which I don't like. This project took 10 long years to complete and second my genuine allotment was given to someone else. In such case what should I do. Is there anyway that the mistake committed by Builder (knowingly or unknowingly I don't know) could be rectified by cancelling the registration? Is it possible legally and if yes how and how long I have to wait for the verdict. I have all the allotment papers with me. Also what do you suggest for me - Shall I take possession of the other flat offered by builder immediately and then file complaint against them. Or shall I file complaint first and don't take any possession of unknown float? What are the other legal options to get back my desired flat?

Dear As per your query stated here It is clear that the builder realised his mistake thats why he is offering you anitger flat In this context the allotment letter with the same flat which have been registered to someone can be challenged against the builder.

Q: Whats issues Medical or others does Indian court accepts

I have hearing of court 2-3 days but I am in anothr city.my compny is neithr givng leave nor the writtn. M also hvng back prblm,can 2 days before made medical certificate is valid. Or what else I can show to court. What other issues can help me to attend this session of hearing.plz help me out.

Hey as per the query stated here on the medical which you have to produce or the leave which hou cant appear before the Ld court I guess the nature of the case is not clear that in concerned about the case You must have signed the power of attorney frm the advocate to be presented on your behalf of the court

Sir recently I have done the registry of a plot 22*43 in dehradun however there was an error of road outside plot which is 15 feet but wrong written 20 feet in registry.Kindly suggest now what we can do
