Q: Can a bank PO/clerk earn money from YouTube by uploading his video?

Can a bank po/clerk uplod his video on youtube to earn money? As side business is not allowed but someone said me that my video is my property i can do any thing with it...so plz explain can i earn??

Yes you can upload your video on youtube as by doing the same you are not actively / directly involved in any kind of business. The earning you may be getting by uploading your video is just the outcome of how many clicks you get on it. It requires no positive action on your part to earn money by way of side business. Also you can check your terms & conditions of employment or bank service rules, if any.

Q: Change in managerial position of opposite party on basis of a contract

Can one company while entering into contract with another company ask for a certain person from that compnay to head the day to day operations and If such a clause is drafted in the contract can it be enforced are there any precedents or examples for the same

Q: Can I become proprietor of my firm

Sir I have a partnership firm and I want to remove my partners from the firm and become my firm to proprietor is it legally possible .please help me by answering me question.

For that purpose you have to first of all dissolve your partnership firm according to the provision / clause mentioned in your partnership deed with the consent of all of your partners. All the assets & liability of the firm including goodwill & intellectual property, if any shall be transferred in your name from the date of dissolution of partnership.Pay for the share of your partners in monetary terms and get their affidavits / no objection certificates mentioning that they have got their shares / dues and have no objection if the firm is carried out as proprietorship firm in your name. Inform the bank and other concerned authorities about change in structure of the firm with relevant documents.

Q: Sister's share in father's property when POA is in my name

Sir my father buy a plot my mother name in1986.my father expire in1998.than my mother give a power of attorny in my favor in 1998.but not registor my mother expire ln 2012.now my sister suit a file against me.l am hindu in this matter my sister have shere

You have not provided the details of the power of attorney / other documents which was executed by your mother in your favor, only after going through those documents, your right over the plot can be ascertained. Also you have not provided details of your other siblings, if any. As per the prevailing laws daughters have equal share in the parental property and power of attorney does not confer any right over the property so going by the data available in your query your sister has a share in the plot.

Q: Builder cheating in flat construction matter and not returning money

I booked a flat in 2014 and since 3 years, construction has not started on land. Also i got to know land is not in name of builder. i have paid 30% of cost of flat to builder. Neither builder is doing builder buyer agreement nor giving refund by saying he dont have funds. Please provide us a solution

You have not provided the complete detailsWhether the amount was paid by you in one go or what was the last date of payment made by youwhether any documents were executed at the time of entering into agreement or else what are the documents available with you to support your claimwhat action / correspondence was taken / done by you during these yearsaccordingly you can take action against the builder in consumer court and claim refund & compensation , also you can file a criminal complaint against him.
