Q: What to do if road to property has been locked
There was road to enter in my colony from neighbors property from very long time, which is connected to highway ,which he got as a gift from government after retirement from Army. Now he sales that property to someone.And he blocked that road which is entry point to my colony by wall compound. Now whole colony need to use different road from another colony to reach there home.That road was there from long time.Now suddenly he blocked access.So can we take legal action against this activity? .Whole colony is ready to protest this activity. Please advise.
