Q: How tom distribute jointly held property

My parents have ten children 7 daughters 3 sons now the property is in the name of my mother my father is also there now they r selling the house my question is we daughters have right to ask the share or not and for sons also how can we move forward please reply me

If the property is an ancestral, then you all 10 children have equal rights and share in the property. And if the property is an self acquired if your mother, then no one has right and share in the property.



Q: Staying in village how to record same measurements in panchayat

Dear sir, I am staying in a village and i have an house and measures as follows Actuall measurements -27' x 45' As per records -24' x38' So now how can i able to record the same measurment in a gram panchayat. PLease treat it as immidiet....... THaks and regards Ashok

Apply for survey of the property before Government Survey belonging to the concerned Village Panchayat. And after issuance of survey sketch with actual measurement apply for change of Khatha before the Village Panchayat.

Is it necessary to get the signs of grand children If they are adults

Yes. If the property is an ancestral all grand children has share inthe said Property and they have to admit it by signing on the registered Partition Deed. So family tree has to be prepared and same has to annexed to Partition Deed.



Q: Is it recommended to buy property without OC

The apartment I am looking at, has not completed its aminities yet. Therefore OC isn't available.however builder is ready to put in the sale agreement that he will provide OC after aminities completion.is it advisable to go for this property as it's mentioned in sales deed that OC will be provided. Is it possible to take legal actions against him if he doesn't provide OC later?

Strictly speaking without Occupancy Certificate the Sale Deed in respect of a Flat cannot be executed and registered. Authorities at any time issue notice to the Apartment and take legal action against the residents of the said Apartment.

my dad has bought a land from mr. xyz few year back now my dad has lost a original 2000rs bond paper of that deal. but we have a photo copy of that bond we need that urgently so what to do how to get origional back plzzzz help. thank you.

If Property documents lost, you can file a complaint at your jurisdiction Police Station. And also Public Notice regarding the same has to published in daily news paper. If you not found the originals, you can apply for the certified copy before the concerned Sub Registrar office.
