Q: Quashing of 498A, Section 3 & 4 DPA filed by my wife.
My wife has left her matrimonial in Nov'23. She came to home on Dec'23 with her parents and other unknown persons for packing her luggage. 2 days later she had filed a complaint at her parental home. In FIR, she clearly stated after leaving matrimonial home she started staying in hostel near her office. Both are different districts. Q: Builder not registering the land even after paying the amount.
After buying a plot we paid almost 2/3rd of the total amount, the builder keeps delaying the registration process for almost a year we are running in circles.
