Q: What is the procedure for divorce

Hi dear sir I am 40 year old my wife 26 year we have two children s,one Boy and one is girl child,i am working present in a private company and little agriculture land know i divorce to my wife what is the processor please give me a solution as soon as possible

Q: Mental harassment by husband after seperation

I m a married but separated hindu ladies as my husband treated me very badly, domestic violence. so I shifted to a new city and started new carrier. but he is behind my life to go back to him, does not allow me to speak to my two kids. Calls and messages me from different nos, asks his friends to talk to me and send me objectionable messages. abuses me on phone so i keep blocking his nos. I want him not to disturb my peace and let me be so i can pursue my carrier and life a new life.

This is a very serious offence under various acts. Pls take help of your local police station to start with n lodge an fir first. You must be aware of the procedures as u hv already dealt with domestic violence situation.

Q: Domestic violence by in laws and husband what can i do

I got married in 10th Mar'15. My husband and his family members continuously toucher me for dowry as m frm middle class family. Now i am 9 months pregnant and my husband send me divorce notice. I do not want divorce as there is no one to look after me and my new born baby. Plz advise wat can i do..as he is putting false obligations on me and asking divorce.

Im writing this to you with great concern as you r in a vulnerable state. Kindly approach your local police station for immed help. Pls involve your parents. Kindly do not consider divorce as an end of your life. This is only a social stigma. This cd be a new beginning for you. There r lot of ngo's who wd come forward for your help till you are in a stable position. Pls start respecting yourself n pls understand your life is very important n live with people who respect you. Thanks

Q: Property tax pending due on previous owner who is liable to pay

The actual property owner had constructed 2 house of 60 Yard each. I purchased one property of 60 Yard in 2009. Now it is showing dues before 2009 and I have received notice of 60k for the same for just 60 Yard plot. Even not sure MCG has transferred all his 120 Yard due on my account, because they are refusing to check any data of before 2010. Please suggest what could be done in this regard.

You need to know the complete details about your property first, this ideally should have been checkd before purchase of the property . Your any details pls file an RTI and after this any further step can be taken if required

Meri family meri shadi krwa rhi he or me shadi ke lie bilkul ready nhi hu or mene bahoot samjhaya bt family nhi manti mujhe job krke aage padhna he success hona he bt ye log nhi samjh rhe kya kru??mujhe shadi nhi krni esa kya kru ki shadi ruk jae jaldi mere pass time nhi he or mene na kaha shadi se to mera ghar ke bahar niklna bhi mushkil ho jaega

Pls share details abt your age. Without complete details the advice will not be possible. Reason for marriage and what is the present status as to what do you do. Are you financially independent etc .these details required to give proper advice otherwise it would be a futile exercise.
