Q: Physical and mental torture by in-laws and husband threw me from home

I am Hindu and a resident of kolkata but married in Bhiwani district of Haryana. In-laws and husband are not allowing me enter my matrimonial home and threatening me to bury alive if I enter their home. They now want divorce from me and if I won’t then I will have to accept their slavery and cruelty on me in order to live with them.

Q: Wife threatning me to commit suicide if I take my son to my mother

' My wife cant not ever maintain good relation with my mother & sister & vice versa since one year after our marriage(8 years). Now when my son was born then also my mother & sister kept them self aside from my son. But when my son is 3 years old my mother & sister want to make relations with me & specially with my son but not with my wife. My mother is 70 years & sister is 35 years & sister is unmarried & govt. servant. I personally want to allow my son to my 70 year old mother, but my wife does not allow it. Even she is threatening me to commit suicide it I take my son forcefully to my mother & sister. My father is 75 years old & cancer survivor is residing with my mother & sister in same home where we live in but they live separately. My father also can not come freely to my son as because my mother & sister are not allowed to contact my son by my wife. I want justice for whether I can never bring my son to my 70 above parents ever in their remaining short life span? '

Q: how to apply for custody of child

I stay with my parents seperate from wife. Not divorced, Hindu. My wife leaves alone with my son, 7 years now. When I left, I took my son with me at his consent, but my wife took him back with help of police. I find my wife is not taking care and education is being hampered. Can I take custody on this ground?
