Q: Accident by mistake person died how to deal with it

In a family fight one man is injured head injury, hospitalized for 15 days then died. Head injury is unintensional & he was trying to self defence his side. Now police aready arrested one men before the death. Others are left the place and abscond. What can be done now ??? Police want to surrender other people also charged under 302. how can we deal with it?

Since the death is occurred then for obvious reason it becomes a criminal offence and not a family dispute( as send to me )For a death caused by negligency section 302 is not relevant inspire of it there is a provision of 304 a ipc and more can be said after seeing FIR and challan of the case

Q: Vehicle reparing delay-cliam requested

Dear sir, My self Neeraj Jain residing 102 Man Bhawan Nagar Indore is registered owner of TATA LPT-3118 truck registered in Indore RTO as MP-09HG8526, insured with TATA AIG got accident and take over at TATA authorised dealer work shop for repairing. (Details attached below) My two complains are as below- 1. The insurance company TATA AIG gives only 50 % of repairing cost. 2. The TATA authorised dealer take much more time on repairing then committed resulting the financial loss and burden upon me which is liable to be claim over dealer. Since it is a commercial vehicle and during this repairing time the instalment and manpower and Gov. tax and permit is continuous going on. So that this amount with interest is claimed to the dealer. (M/s. GRS Motors Ltd., Jhansi (UP) 284202).

You can claim against the dealer company and the insurance company for the losses and the expenses incurred by you Since you bought it for commercial purpose consumer forum complaint would not entertain it Civil suit can give you relief as you required it

Q: regarding act 420,467,468,471,34. Please help me proceed ?

Sir/madam y case mp k 5 distt ka hai,kuch financial problem ki wageh s mere ek friend ne joki husband wife h,unhone kisi dusre ki check book m apne signature karke market s kuch purchasing ki,aur wo saman ke badle unhe kuch paise mil gaye jisse ki unhone apni daughter ki shaadi ki Police ne un logo ko arrest kiya aur remand p puch ki aur kaha kaha aisa kiya h,in logo n 5 distt m aisa kiya h y bataya,uske baad jaha par y log arrest hue waha ke police station m jo fir hui usme 420,467,471,34 ,dhaara lagi h,aur dusre disst m har fir m,420,34 dhaara lagi h, Y log abhi pichle 62 din s jail m hai, Invistigation ke liye abhi tak ek hi distt ki police inko police remand p le gayi h,jabki aur distt ki police inko abhi tak apne distt m nahi le gayi h Is condition m inko bail karwane ke liye kya karna padega,advocate bata rahe h ki jo 2 distt m police remand puri ho gayi h waha s bail lagwa do,par kya wo log 2 distt m bail out hone s bahaar a jayege, Jo other distt h jaha par koi police

Since the problem is related to fraud and forgery as per the details provided by you. From where police custody is over you can go for bail and on dismissal you can go to high court whatever respective districts comes under jurisdiction for more need some more information

Q: Unauthorized making of road on my agriculture land

नमस्कार, महोदय मेरे द्वारा एक वाद कोर्ट के समक्ष रखा गया था जिसमे एक कॉलोनीज़ीएर एवं कुछ किसानो द्वारा पटवारी से मिलकर मेरी भूमि से रास्ता निकाल रहे थे तो मेरे द्वारा एक वाद कोर्ट और तहसील मे लगाया गया था! तहसील का ऑर्डर मेरे पक्ष मे था परन्तु कोर्ट से मेरा केस निरस्त कर दिया गया है! मैने धारा ३९ (१) और (२) व धारा १५१ सी प सी में वाद प्रस्तुत किया था! इस वाद का ऑर्डर इस के साथ अटॅच है! आप से मेरा निवेदन है की आप इस आदेश को देख कर मुझे कुछ रास्ता सुझाए और अपील हेतु कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु बताए और मेरा मार्गदर्शन करे! धन्यवाद आपका आभारी
