Type: Land / Property related - Buying / Registration advice.Location : Varanasi.Hello,I am an NRI and looking to buy a Small Land 3-4 Bissa in Varanasi near Babatpur Airport.Legally am not allowed to buy Agricultural land as per RBI / FEMA Guidelines.The seller Agent has suggested to do registration and Pay Stamp Duty as Residential during registration process which cost higher. This will make the Property legally residential. (NO idea if this also change the LAND Type in Khatauni) and will complicate anytime later on LAND Type in Posession.Another option : Buy it under Father name and make a will with some Kind of NOC from Siblings.I am looking for a genuine advice from a legal expert who understands these laws and provide the best possible solution to buy that land. You will have to file an application to the secretary to the state government in Revenue Department and after getting the permission you can purchase the land this is the only way you can purchase the land in UP in your question the other way which you have discussed it is wrong and for more query you can contact me.

I have two daughters, elder (4 years) and younger (2 years). My wife has an affair with someone. She wants a divorce from me in order to marry with him. I want the custody of my both daughters because i don't want to marry again. What to do, Kindly advise me.

you will have to file a case under section 13b Hindu marriage act 1955. In this case all the condition should be mentioned what do you want like custody of children in this case all the disputes between both of you will be resolved

Can a father disown a son from his house? If the father has made the son to build a new floor with son's own money. but now the father is threatening to disown the son from the floor he himself builds. Can a son file a Breach of a contract or any other civil/criminal suit to recover the money invested

Q: Seperated after 3 months of marriage, now want divorce
I got married in Nov 2019 and left my husband's home after 3 months. We have difference of opinion and I don't want to live with him anymore. He stammers which his family hid before marriage and due to that he has a lot of issues like bad temper, low self esteem and he gave me suicide threats which scared me while I was living with him. He agreed for divorce so is it easy to get and how long will it take?
