I had booked a flat with one builder in jamshedpur in 2012 till now only structure had been made and in fact project was delayed.Now I want to get out of the contract and recover my amount of 10 lakh along with interest .Please suggest .

Q: Will the accused get anticipatory bail?

I have filed a complaint case against a person who forced me to have sexual relationship with the pretext of marriage, duped me of money and changed my religion. The case has reached the local police station from court under section 156. Can the accused get an anticipatory bail now?

Q: I have a flat in jamshedpur first nomination on registery is on name

What is the procedure to change the name of nominee (my father name) because due to domestic problem my father want to give the flat to my big brother the monthly EMI paid by myself and I am living at Ahmedabad so kindly advise me what action I take for the same.

where do you want to change the name. if it is in the society records or in the agreement paper you can always make a fresh agreement with the builder of the society and changing the nomination. you need to be very specific where and in which document you want to change the nomination contact and good advocate for the same who will help you in this matter

Q: Am i eligible to receive gratuity from my organisation

I have worked in a school where gratuity law is applicaple ..I worked for 5 month on contract and 4.years 8 month as a regular emoloyee...and without any break in my service.. Am i eligible to get my gratuity.

My husband filed a 420 case on me and my Family.He Mention that we have make fraud document of marriage, according to my husband he mentione BARAT came on 2nd june as mentioned in card but he put sindur on me on 3rd june morning according to that the marriage date should be on 3rd june not on 2nd.I recive a marriage documents copy from mukhiya and majhi according to my marriage card on 2nd.our marriage is Santhal marriage with coustomery law .Earlier i filed 498 and matainance case on my husband matter is still in pending....my husband filed diVorce case that is also pending....Please tell me what i need to do at this moment
