We have agreed on 30000 per month for 44 months and for this he has to issue me 44 cheques of INR 30000 for each month. The thing is that he has given me only 15 cheques if 30000 (450000) apart he has given me two blank cheques if 2lacs each (400000) plus one cheque from his wife account which date was 10Feb 2017 and one car sale letter duly signed by her wife car value worth RS 300000) now that monthy installment which we have agreed he is not paying. Please help me with the process or solution to recover the amount . Thank you Moh

Advocate Arun Singh answered
Present the cheques in your bank account and if the cheques bounces back you can initiate criminal case under section 138 of NI Act against him. You have to send legal notice immediately when you get cheque return memo from your bank. put all cheques one by one and file different cases or one case for three cheques. For previous cheques you can file recovery suit.
