M hindu.can my wife claim share in my residential house.which is on my other name .earlier it was on my name and i transferred it to my mother by gift deed before she have filed dv case against me .i have also filed divorce case against her My advocate is misguiding me .i dont have trust on him. We dont have anybother residential house.is she would be able to take 50 percent share in future. My father purchase it on my name after selling our old house which was on his name.

I am Hindu having property clash with brothers. there were two flat bought by father. father passed away.one flat we are staying together. we are also having business in r own factory. after father, mother became owner of business. then brothers were working in factory. then they sold one flat. with that money n surplus income earned from business owned by mother they bought 3 rooms in chawls. my mother were eger to give one room to me. but elder brother fought in bad way & bought room in his name. so two rooms were in his name & one were in younger brother name. after mother death they sold of these three room & flat 1 bhk flat. now they are saying I have no right in that flat & factory property. they are nt treating me equal heir in property. giving only 30 lac & they each taking 75 lacs. so I want equal part. how to claim it.
