On 22nd Jan 2024, I flew with Lufthansa on flights LH-763 from Delhi to Munich and LH-2452 from Munich to Oslo. Unfortunately, my baggage did not arrive at my destination with me. What followed was a month-long ordeal that has left me profoundly dissatisfied with Lufthansa's customer service I called the Baggage hotline a staggering 150+ times over a 31-day period, only to be met with different .Lufthansa is denying compensation. What should i do further?

My Husband is a pure Alcoholic. he started his drinking habit since 10 years ago and started physically and mental abusing me and my children. He also harrases till now after we left the home last year.. He calls us often and abuses us on calls.. And threatens to destroy our dignity after coming to our home and will harres us. My wife has taken away my kid with the help of police & not allowing me to talk/see my child.Can I file child custody case only with no intent of filing section 9 to call wife again.Police mediation failed & my wife want police to file fir.My wife has blocked my number & not allowing to talk with my kid.So far no case has been filed neither by my wife nor by me.Please suggest me something as I am in a mental trauma.

Hi,My brother in law is in jail since November 2023 in section of 419, 406, 506, 420, 467, 468, 471 by allegedly by his employer bail application is pending in High Court of allahabad. Recently his grandfather has passed away so I would like to know how would I get interim bail so that he will attend in his grandfather sanskar.Thanks

Ok, in that case, you should take a payroll bail for that, and that approach will also be pursued before Allahabad High Court, so just contact your council and ask for that Bail then your brother in law will attend.
Q: Interim maintenance in DV and 125
my wife has asked for 40k per month along with 65 lakhs as one time payment in DV case along with 1lakh per month in crpc 125 case. Her in hand salary is 1.08 lakh per month and mine is 1.68 lakh per month. I had filed section 9 case prior to them filing DV, Dowry and 125 case. I want to know if i have to pay any maintenance to her as she is working and can maintain her lifestyle.
