Q: Electronics dealer has done fraud loan by himself without intimation
We have taken a loan for buying a washing machine from IDFC bank through electronic dealer on 16th of October, 2022 but the dealer has done one more loan without giving any intimation of Rs 38 Thousands something by showing that we have bought Air Conditioner, after that we have visited at his shop then he said that he hasn't done it but when we show him the message that we received from IDFC bank in which his shop name was showing, he said that he will try to cancel this loan and on the same day we have mailed to IDFC that we haven't taken this loan and we will not pay the loan and next morning we received call from IDFC bank and they told us that they will remove this loan and will provide us the solution and ask to wait for 1 month but after waiting they call again and said that they can't do anything we have to talk with electronic dealer and he didn't give us the money that he has taken on my name and ID and he said that he will provide the money but he didn't, 1 month has passed.

Q: A lawyer found through free legal website cheated
A lawyer cheated after making me pay a very high price for some legal assistance. The lawyer was found online, on a web site offering free legal services to the public. The lawyer forced his legal assistance, forced us pay for him some associated service which was never asked and all together made us pay 3 times the normal fees. After the fee is paid, the lawyer vanished. He does not respond to emails & phone calls. What can be done to recover my money?
