A graduate of the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University, Adv. Anuj went on to become a Charted Accountant and it is here when he started to develop an interest for the legal sciences. Right after completing his degree in Commerce, Adv. Anuj enrolled with Campus Law Centre to pursue his Bachelors in Law and there has been no turning back since.
Advocate Aggarwal, now, has his well established practice in Model Town and Greater Kailash. He provides services in various field of civil as well as criminal laws, family laws, wills and trusts, property dispute, motor accidents, matrimonial disputes and cases related to landlord and tenants.
Advocate Anuj is an internationally accredited mediator and is also empanelled with the Delhi International Arbitration Centre. He has acted as an Arbitrator on various occasions and given his expertise in the ADR mechanism he has often been appointed by the Delhi High Court as a Mediator, Adv. Anuj has acquired expertise in the ‘Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanism.
He has been a distinguished panel counsel for the Government of India since 2008 and has represented the interests of various clients, both individuals and organisations, in more than 3,000 cases. His nature of being a problem solver has been appreciated by many, and this has led to him representing UPA, NDA, and AAP-led Governments at the Centre and State Levels before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
With over 18 years of experience as a lawyer litigating at various forums, Adv. Anuj has represented leading top corporates, Govt. PSUs, several arms of the Central and State Governments, and Maharatnas. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Commissions, Boards and Tribunals [including NCDRC, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), TDSAT, COMPAT, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (ATE), Company Law Board (CLB), NCLT, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), etc.
