My husband is treating me like his seevant..my mother in law kept all my jewellry to somebody and not ready to give me. More over d money which i earn my husband take dat money from me.he abuses me.

Q: Did court marriage 6 months bank on stamp paper is it valid?
I did court marriage 6 month back, even I don't know if that was true or not, because it was simply done by a lawyer who did just duly signed and stemp the papers Can you please tell me if the marriage was true or not? And my second question is if the marriage was true so how to get divorce. Want to know about the procedure.
