I got married in India but currently living outside india. And in the process of getting my PR. He is yet to apply for his PR.I want to file contestant divorce with my husband on the ground of physical and mental harrasment. Can I file for divorce if a become a foreign citizen inbetween the process and my husband is still Indian citizen?

on the above mentioned query the legal opinion is yes obviously you can proceed with the same. but you have to personally appears in court on the day of filling of divorce or case for domestic violence or any other family dispute.the other option is that you can file case against husband , where you live currently
Q: Bank Auction property - Unilateral cancellation by Bank
I purchased an auction flat from bank for Rs. 61.1 lacs and sale certificate was issued on 31.3.23. As per sale advertisement, bank will clear builder dues in 30 days which it violated and verbally informed that the builder is demanding more dues hence sale will be cancelled. They refunded money in Aug’23 without interest. RBI ombudsman rejected my complaint in Oct’23 citing jurisdiction issue. Please suggest any legal remedy available to get the flat or get interest on money paid.

on the above mentioned query please go ahead with high court writ petition against bank, cancellation of auction after receiving money against auction of flat and issue sale certificate and thereafter cancellation of auction and refund money without interest

I purchased a property which is of cooperative society, Mr. X had added the name of his wife as nominee before death. After death of Mr X the property got transferd to his wife. They have 4 children's. All 4 of them gave NOC to society to transfer the property in name of mother before I purchased. Now one the children claims that no right is transfered merely on NOC basis. I am a bona-fide purchaser what is my faulty. And to highlight that mother sold the property and distributed all money

on the above mentioned query please clear that the claimant have file any suit or not. if the claimant filed a suit then you have to be the defendent in the said case and you have the opportunity to file your objection.if the claimant not file any suit yet, then you have to file declaration suit of the sale deed of the said property.
