My father is in jail because of someones false statement ..police imposed ipc section 307 on him . ..the other party made false injury report ... A recent supreme court judgement has given about the marriage daughter property. But in Assam and Bengal the said judgement is not valid. In Assam the married woman have a right over the inheritance property of her Father.
