there are two type of divorce.One is the mutual consent divorce and another one is contested divorce. if both the parties are agree for mutual consent divorce then the process is much easier comparatively contested divorce as I can see that u chose subject about Muslim law.So , according to Muslim law if both the parties are agreed to obtain mutual consent divorce then it's called mubarat Nama. if either party is not ready for mutual consent divorce then for husband having rights to send one sided divorce to wife. And for wife having rights to go to court and file divorce case against husband
