Hello sir/madam, need a genuine advice. Advocate Animesh Kumar answered
Dear Querist,You need to file a petition under section 482 of code of criminal procedure for quashing of F.I.R before appropriate High Court immediately. Once you file petition submitting that said FIR has been lodged on false and frivolous ground, it can be quashed.

Q: Contract extended on last working day but now school denying the same

I was employed with a private school on contract basis. I left the school after the contract expired. I signed another contract with school on the last working day, but now they are denying the signing of any such contract. I tried it through RTI as well. They have not paid my salary for the last month and did not pay for security deposit as well. I complained to the Directorate of education. What action can i take against the school. I saw the extended contract myself but have no copy of it.

Advocate Animesh Kumar answered
If You don't have copy of new contract then it will be very difficult to establish its validity however you can file recovery of money suit in the court of competent jurisdiction for recovery of salary and deposit.
