i was sent legal notice to person but his address is changed and not issuing notice to him in a cheque bounce case. what to do in this situation.

Hello,,generally notice is sent to the last known address of the person. what is the exat endorsement on the postal slip.... If possible try to find out his new adress. Q: Siblings harassing to sell the flat owned by parents after their death

Q: Clarification onamount to be paid on flat being merged to a society?

Hello, I had purchased a flat in pune. While booking of the said flat builder didnt ask me to pay a courpus fund and mentation any where in documentation part. However he charged the courpus fund from another flat owner. Now builder wants to merge us in to society, but society is accepting us.they are demanding a certain amount from each flat for taking a share on their current and fixed assets. from our building some flat owner is not ready to pay because of they already paid a courpus fund to builder. In my case should i need to pay that amount to society?

Q: Franchiser not returning money after stopping business. What to do?

hello team, i desperately need help now, i have given 5lac rupees to buy a franchisee. after 3 months the franchisor stopped business and not returning money and not even monthly payment as stated in business agreement . now when ask for payment employees insulting me. and managing director not at all listening. there is no response from anyone. what action should i take against such person. which court should i go..consumer forum or National Commission for Women can anyone of these will help me. please help me or guide me.
