Q: Can I file for divorce while living in the same house, who gets cutody
We are Hindu. We have a daughter of 15 years. Sadly, me and my wife decided to part away. Question is where the kid will stay? Daughter wants to study in Mumbai but after separation, my wife wants to go back to her home at Kolkata. Second question: since daughter is appearing in board exam of ICSE. we are still living in one house although it is intolerable? Can we file the divorce petition while staying in same house?

Yes you can file divorce. You need a custody of your daughter so you can filed a cusody case at concerned family court, court will also ask to your daughter where she wants to stay with father ot mother. No issues you are staying together at same house you can file divorce case.
Q: The drawer has stopped the payment of cheque, what to do
One of the casting agency has taken money as deposited, and promised to return d same and given the time limit bt it's already 6month above plus, bt in order to pay our amount they have given pdc cheque before 3 month . Now we deposited the same on due date. Bt we got the message now the the drawer has stopped the payment. What we can do now inoreder to recover our money

As per Negotiable Instrument Act section 138 you can send notice to the drawer within 30 days from the date of cheque bounce. After receipts of this notice the drawer have to answer your notice within 15 days from the date of receipts of this notice.If he reply positively so you are lucky, if he reply negatively or if he is not given any reply, then you have remedy to file criminal cheque bounce case against him at appropriate court within 30 days from the date of receipts of allege notice.
