Q: Wife filed case against me and family how can I file for divorce

Sir. Divorce according to muslim law but not in wtitten. Now she write two f.i.r. one is 376d.504.506.342. August2015. on her divorced husbend.nand.nandoi.and a midiater in her local PS. And second is 398.3/4.504.506. February 2015 in her husband local PS. Both written by 156(3). But we know about both case after 6 month. So what can i do?

You immediately contact a lawyer for getting anticipatory bail or you can also challenge the F.I.R.lodged against you on several grounds because if you take some more time in making decisions, the courts may refuse to entertain the same on the ground of latches.

Q: Denied admission in university because of old caste certificate

Dear sir, I  appered for UGAT 2016 of Allahabad University for admission in B. Com. I qualified for admission under SC reservation quota. When I went for counselling on 09/07/2016 after reporting I was informed that I could not be considered as SC candidate because my caste certificate(issued in 2004 by tehsildar) is old and they could not verify that online . I.was told to bring new caste certificate on next counselling. But next counselling which is also the last is on 12/07/2016 that is tomorrow. It would be impossible for us to produce new certificate that early.

Request for provisional admission and sought some time to produce a new caste certificate if they refuse then you can challenge the same before court. First give an application before admission committee ventilating all your grievances.

Q: Want to construct boundary wall on our land can anyone stop us

We have boundrywalled on our land , owns goodtitle but one doubt is there we are going to construct our business firm building ,what are the ways by which our enemies can bring stay on construction,(we have boundrywalled our land)plz tell us the ways by which our construction progress of building is not stopped.....by others via legal actions

This is imaginary situation. First get you plan get sanctioned by competent authority and get all the legal formalities completed then proceed for construction and if then also some one tries to stop ur construction get an order of stay from civil court.

Q: Husband committed adultery in abroad can wife file a case in India

Husband committed adultery and physical violence on his wife in a foreign country. Wife came back to India. Can she file a case in India? Which section of law she has to take help of?

The cruelty and adultery of husband against wife is continuing cause of action so wife can lodge F.I.R. against husband at her ordinary place of residence.The sections depends upon the allegations levelled in F.I.R. likely to be lodged by wife.

Q: Property dispute brother was witness in sale what can my brother do

My brother was witness for a relative who was purchased a property. but later a person files 156/3 and is claiming that 7/12 was on his name but some other person has signed behalf of him Now Registrar is saying that inquiry will be aginst my brother who was the witness for buyer. but my brother was earlier no where in the picture when that lady was buying the properyt. but why there will be inquiry against my brother he was only a witness.

It is the liability of witness to identify the vendor and vendee and if the identification is wrong, witness is liable.In your case, brother witnessed buyer only so he may get some relief from high Court by filing a petition challenging the inquiry
