Aap ka case kaha pe chal raha hai ??? Means konse court me aur apka case civil hai ya criminal .agar apko papers court me jama karna hai to aap ko poice station me dena nahi chahiye aapko galat information di gayi hai ....agar case court me chalu hai to court me hi apko papers dena chahiye aap apne husband ho courier kr sakte ho .....thanks.....

Q: What is the timeline to file a case of DV in a marriage

Sir/madam My wife sent a advocate notice { not a court notice} in which she made false allegations of my impotency and sec 498 a. What should I do? After how many months of marriage she can file court case against me? Pls help.

Hello.....Now u must send reply to your wife legal notice and contents all true fact and deny her allegations....She can file divorce petition after one year ...And also filed 498a but u have dnt worry and do not take tention ..U must send reply to that notice ....If she has file police complaint against u under 498 police can't arrest u immediately police have investigation to such fact and after he proceed..U can file cross complaint against ur file which compulsory....Thanks call if any queries..

Q: Wife asking for divorce found out about extramarital affair

I am a class A government officer. After two years of marriage my wife has found my extra marital affair and i admit my fault for that, but her behaviour with me and my family was never good. Now since six months she is at her father's home and asking for divorce and money for sattelment what can be the consequences??

Hi I have read ur question....Now if u r wife found ur marital affair then she can demand for divorce and here u admit ur fault. she can filed divorce petition against u but what is ur decision u will give divorce her or not ?? And other thing is that she can demand money from u as maintenanceSo many query here....I will call u for additional information.....

I have recently married 5 months ago by court marriage at Thane and I have marriage certificate and her father dont know about our marriage , but now 2 days ago she told her father about the marriage and his father is not allowing her to come to my home and she wants to come to my home now what can i do

I have read ur question..... now first thing is that u both are major person that is u and ur wife therefore no any person retrain to each other... if her father restrain her then u can filed police complaint against her family supported by ur marriage certificate... but in all this above procedures ur wife must in ur side..... she must asked all things to police.... call me addition information...

My dad passed away. moms name was in joint with my dad. Now our flat in on my mom's name and I am as nominee. now my mom wants to add my name as joint in the flat. is it possible
