I just want to know about the dowry that is lied at my in laws home since last more than 1 year so how can I get it back soon as there two cases has been pending in court and they will take more than 2-4 years so meanwhile is there any way so I can go back in my in laws home and posses my all stridhan ?

Q: Boy cheated I filed complaint his wife sent copy in my office
A boy cheated me by hiding his marital status.I disclosed same to his wife. In anger i threatend them of filing complaint against them and also called on 100 number bt police arrived seem only fr compliance purpose.To save husband wife filed false complaint tht her husband feeling guilty of his deed bt did not hide any marital status and m giving them life threatening. Then she distributed complaint copy in my office to defame n pressurize me.I told same to concernd IO n asked hw she cn distribute underconsideration complaint in public.Can IO be held responsible n wht remedies available to me.

Io will not be responsible as it his duty but you can also file a criminal complaint against her husband u.s 509 and other sections of Indian penal code.u can also filed defamation against them also.otherwise you don't have to worry as till date as per your query I think no action will be taken by police
