Q: Do I become the owner of property if I stayed in it for 30 years

I am staying in a property from last 35years, can I claim on the property? But the title is on my relative name and he is paying the land taxes but he haven't visited the property from last 30years

One can claim the owner by virtue of adverse possession only when he is not paying any sort of rent and other taxes to the owner but here you can not claim the same because owner is paying the statutory taxes.

Q: In how many days bail is granted under 498a case

Sir, i just want to ask, what kind of procedure for bail issue, actualy i am one of family member nd my bro wife case against my bro as well family memeber, so situation is that fir is launched and we are not go to on that which is on 21st but today my bro go in haryana court to presence infront of judge. I want to ask in how many days bail will be granted

As per the new law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court no arrests shall be made in the offences where the sentence is of less than seven years until the the situation is very much grave. So in offence of 498A the bail will be granted easily if there are no extraordinary circumstances .

Q: Can younger brother sell house if it is in joint name

my father left a will behind which is unregistered. my father gave half property each in my name and my younger brothers name. he wants sell his share of house. the house is under POA and installments are yet to be paid. can he sell it before all the formalities are complete?

If the will is not registered than you have to first obtain probate in respect of the said will and if there is clear demarcation of shares of each of the brother in the joint property than only the younger one can sell his share but if the demarcation is yet to be done than he can't sell his share.

Q: Criminal case still pending whether this effect my selection govt job

My brother is selected in UP PSU exam will receive joining letter soon but there are some non bailable cases going on right now against if, which he has disclosed in the form initially. Whether this can effect getting job or not

Yes, it may effect the prospects if the corporation in which you are selected calls for the police verification report from your police station. But you must not conceal this fact before joining. Alternatively they may do that your job is subject to the outcome of the case.

Q: Boy built physical relation on promise to marry now denying it

There was a boy who promised to marry me and built a physical relation on those basis. Both of our families were about our relationship and also meet to discuss for marriage. Now the boy is denying to marry me and planning to marry someone else. What action can i take against him?

This is clear case of rape on pretext of marriage, you can file fir against the said boy but as the trial of the same may take 2-3 years and during the trial there may arise many awkward situations so if you are mentally strong enough to face all these than you must file the case with your police station
